What got you interested in tattooing?
A. Drawing pictures as a child and seeing pics that would not wash off!
What was taught?
A. A whole realm of things , Learning to modify your art stlye to use for tattooing. Learning the clenical aspect of tattooing ect........
How did you feel knowing it was forever?
A. Amazed and a bit nervous at first ,then the Art took on a life of its own.
How has apprenticeships changed.
A. Limited education now compared to the full education then that I experiened. Because of the shorter education now most new artist have less respect for the art and the client.
How has the types of clients changed.
A. Instead of it being rebellious clients there are more personal art collectors.
What about safety?
A. Single use items are discarded. Everything is sterilized. All aspects are regulated by the Health Department.
How do I know I picked the right tattoo?
A. Certain ingredients help create the perfect tattoo, Consultation with an experienced Artist. Extreme amount of trust and understanding is needed. Always check out the Artist Portfolio, Health Scores! Bottom Line once you have found the tattoo that you want, a good idea is to feel out the artist before making a Permenant decision.
